Sunday 14th May

A walk of about 7.5 miles from Bollington that, with some climbing (not too strenuous), will take us up on to the rugged Bakestonedale Moor where we will be rewarded with panoramic views.  After skirting round Moorside Quarry we will descend to Moorside Road. It's downhill or level as we follow the North Cheshire Way west and south through gentle farmland, wooded areas and the canal towpath.  Then we will turn off to Styperson Pool where we will follow the path uphill to reach Long Lane which will lead us back to Bollington.
